Pre-requisites
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed a Diploma of Project Management qualification
Or
Have completed two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level within a project or program environment.
Deliver and Assessment Criteria
Delivery of this accreditation is by recognition of prior learning only.
Participants are required to demonstrate workplace evidence of the required competencies throughout the duration of the assessment and are required to submit assessment items consisting of activities based on actual workplace activities.
You must compile an indexed portfolio for all units of competency (assessment template provided). Following receipt of your portfolio, your assessor may schedule a telephone interview to provide you with feedback, review sample processes you used throughout your project and ask you questions.
