Upon successful completion of all assessment tasks, you will be awarded a digital certificate in recognition of your learning. Print or share this certificate digitally to demonstrate skills to managers, prospective employers, peers, customers and clients.
Micro credentials identified as "stackable" have been designed to align to a unit or skill set required for our nationally accredited certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma courses, and learning will be recognised and credited when you enrol in the associated course.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are micro credentials different from short courses?
A micro credential is a short piece of learning delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which have a clear, industry-based learning outcome.
Short courses are not required to have this same industry-based focus, and may be delivered by non-accredited training organisations and may not deliver the same standard, and may not receive the same level of industry recognition and respect as a credential completed via QTC.
How does micro credential "stacking" work?
Many micro credentials cover content and assessment activities aligned with higher level courses delivered by QTC Training and Education.
Combine one or many "stackable" micro credentials to build to accreditation of part or all of your target qualification. Download the Micro credential Handbook at this link for more information and specific course mapping.
Recognition of learning is guaranteed with QTC Training and Education courses only.
What happens when I click "enrol now"?
You will be redirected to our Rapid Enrolment environment, specifically designed to be quick and easy for micro credential enrolment.
Once your enrolment is confirmed and processed (up to 48 hours), you will receive an email from aNewSpring, our online learning platform providers, supplying your logon details so you can begin your learning.
Why does my enrolment page just say "micro credential"?
To streamline enrolments we have created a simplified, micro credential specific enrolment page to collect learner details and process payments.
Once completed, you will be automatically enrolled in your selected micro credential on our online learning platform, aNewSpring.
What are the payment options?
Full payment is required upfront via credit or debit card. All payments are secured using Stripe.
If you would prefer to pay on invoice, please contact our Australian-based team at info@qtc-consulting.com.au prior to enrolment.
What happens once I finish my micro credential?
Once all assessment tasks have been successfully completed you will be presented with your digital certificate. You can print this or download to share digitally via LinkedIn, professional networking portals or attach to applications for jobs, professional bodies or industry recognition.
Continue your learning journey and "stack" credentials to work towards attainment of Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualifications.
