About the Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820)
Gain the practical knowledge and skills required to successfully lead projects by completing completing the 12 units of the Diploma of Project Management.
The Learner
This nationally accredited qualification is designed for individuals operate within the project delivery environment in a variety of contexts, and are looking to enhance existing skill. Learners may already work across all aspects of project delivery, or specialise in one specific area.
Completion of this course can help with obtaining and succeeding in the role of Project Manager. This course can also enable career success managing a variety of specialised project delivery roles, such as Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management.
Pre-requisites
Learners must be over 18 years of age and have a standard level of literacy and numeracy. It is expected that learners will be able to provide relevant examples of their project delivery experience to support assessment tasks. This experience can be from professional or personal experience.
Duration
Estimated six months online study at 15 hours per week. You will have 12 months to complete all assessments.

Assessment Criteria
No exams. QTC does not believe that exams provide the best representation of learning. Instead learners will receive a variety of assessment tasks including question-and-answer (multiple choice or short answer), case study or evidence from your own experience. All tasks will be submitted via the online platform and will be marked by our qualified assessors.
